"Each February, Expresso Bikes, the interactive stationary bikes I ride when I'm not running, sponsors a Rally For The Y to raise money and awareness for the YMCA. Money raised goes directly to the YMCA to help subsidize membership costs and program fees for those who are less fortunate. Every mile I ride earns money for my local YMCA. If this is something that appeals to you, I would encourage you to sign on and support me in my quest to ride as many miles as possible in the month of February. You can make a single lump sum donation or a per mile pledge. Anything you can do to help is appreciated. Thank you!"
Expresso Team Captains are recognized with the official "C" next to their name online. Team Captains have access to a special set of tools to help inspire their Teams where they can can create their own challenges and collaborate directly with the Expresso Head Coach to help shape future of Expresso.
