"As many of you know, Gary and I are on a long-term pet sit in Annapolis, Maryland. The highlight of our time here, in addition to the wonderful kitties and chickens, is our "2nd home"...the YMCA in Arnold, Md. We are inspired, every day, by the staff and the members who are dedicated to our health and wellbeing. The Expresso Bikes keep us motivated to reach our fitness goals with fun rides and challenges. The entire month of February we are riding for the "Y"...to keep this community going and growing! Your pledge helps keep me motivated and it's for a great cause. Team Captains have access to a special set of tools to help inspire their Teams where they can can create their own challenges and collaborate directly with the Expresso Head Coach to help shape future of Expresso.
