Thanks for your support. Your pledge helps keep me motivated and it's for a great cause. I plan to ride 400 miles this month to help offset the cost of an additional Expresso bike purchase for the Y. We currently have only two upright bikes and it just is not adequate for the number of riders that we have. We are also trying to recruit more riders to our team. It's the most fun and challenging workout. You should try it to!
