Please consider supporting my attempt to raise awareness and funds for the YMCA, a local non-profit organization that promotes inclusion, health education, and fitness awareness. You can pledge a small amount per mile I ride this month, or a flat amount. If you do not want to pledge financially, I welcome all forms of encouragement to reach my goal of 100 miles by February 15th.
The YMCA is a non-profit organization that works to educate our community about the importance of health and fitness. They offer financial assistance for those with limited financial means to access to YMCA programs, sports clubs, and exercise facilities.
Personally, the YMCA helped me recover from knee surgery through on-site physical therapy facilities and personal training sessions. My local gym continues to support my knees with their investment in blissfully addicting and interactive Expresso bikes.
