Thanks for your support. I want to ride for two reasons. Number 1, to demonstrate that physical fitness is a very important part of overall health and you need to make an effort to achieve your fitness goals. Number 2, to serve as a motivational vehicle for those who think they "don't have time" to workout. Those people need to "make time" to achieve fitness goals. My Mantra for February is that "I am One Workout Away From A Good Mood".........Ride On, Log Miles , and Feel Great! A (1) hour workout at the Bayside YMCA is only 4% of your day, No More Excuses!!
