Thanks for your support. Your pledge helps keep me motivated and it's for a great cause. I’m riding this year to support the Pedaling 4 Parkinson’s program. Several years ago I became a certified Parkinson’s Cycling Coach and have been coaching this program ever since two times a week. This program has been shown to delay the progression of the disease. My YMCA offers this program free to anyone in need of the program. This rally spans the month of February and I plan to ride 60-80 miles.
