Each February, Expresso Bikes, the interactive stationary bikes I ride when I'm not running, sponsors a Rally For The Y to raise money and awareness for the YMCA. Money raised goes directly to the YMCA to help subsidize membership costs and program fees for those who are less fortunate. Every mile I ride earns money for my local YMCA. If this is something that appeals to you, I would encourage you to sign on and support me in my quest to ride as many miles as possible in the month of February.
